Travel

The camp is accessible by road and by public transport.

Car

If driving, the site is accessible by road through the village of Kinver, on “The Compa”. Cars will be allowed onto site during specified set up and take down periods, but must be kept in the adjoining car park at all other times. If you may need your car to come onto the site at other times, please contact the admin team.

You will need to let us know your car’s Registration Number as part of your signup.

Public Transport

If coming by public transport, most links will come via the nearest big city, Birmingham, which has an international airport, major national railway station, and a national coach station. Regular trains and buses run from Brimingham to the two nearest towns of Stourbridge and Kidderminster, and local buses connect both of these to Kinver village.

The closest railway station is Stourbridge Town (SBT), which is around a 15 minute drive from the site.

The No. 242 bus runs between Stourbirdge town centre and Kinver, and is a 10 minute walk to site at the far end.

Alternatively, the No. 580 bus runs between Kidderminster town centre and Kinver, and is a 10 minute walk to site at the far end.

The No. 9 Platinum bus runs from Birmingham city centre to Stourbridge, where one can change to the No. 242 bus to reach the site.

A number of taxi companies operate in Stourbridge and Kidderminster and can provide rides from these towns to the site.

If you have an access need that prevents you from taking local public transport, please contact the admin team to discuss your needs and we will do our best to facilitate transport for you.

If there is sufficient demand, we may be able to provide a coach going from Birmingham New Street railway station and Digbeth Road coach station to the site. Details for this will be published closer to the event, and all participants will receive an email with information regarding travel options and advice if coming by public transport.
