During the event, we want to do our utmost to ensure that everyone stays safe and well.

As such, we will have our Welfare Team present throughout the event who will be on hand to help with any needs people may have, to help fix any problems, and to try and look after everyone at Campersion.

Welfare Team volunteers will be clearly identifiable throughout the event and all participants will be able to go speak with them at any time about any issue that may arise. A member of the Welfare Team will also be present at the main desk throughout the day.
