Dates

The event will run from 3pm on Friday 23rd August, until 5pm on Monday 26th August.

A specific schedule of events will be published closer to the event to let everyone know what activities will be running. There will be a full schedule of talks, workshops, social events, and indoor and outdoor activities for people to get involved in.

Location

The event will run at Kinver Camping & Activity Centre, which is a Scout camp in Staffordshire with 23 acres of woodland and outdoor space and a host of indoor facilities.

The site has toilets, showers, full running water, kitchen facilities, a laundry, and a host of bunkhouses, lodges, and camping plots.

Adults: £170

First 2 Kids: FREE

Extra Kids: £80

Premium Lodge: £250

For all adults the ticket price for the event is £170. This includes accommodation, all activities and workshops, food, and all social events including the Campersion Ball.

For children, the first two children with any adult go free, with a price of £80 for each additional child, includes all the same as an adult ticket, minus the few spaces and activities labelled as 18+ only.

Tickets for the two twin lodges on the site are priced at £250 per person.
